Installation
– Storing plywood correctly is crucial in assisting the product to remain flat. All plywood must be stored horizontally, flat and on bearers off the ground. Do not store plywood standing on the edge of the sheet as this can cause the sheet to bow or twist.
– Allow the plywood to acclimatise for at least 48 hours before cutting. A varying moisture content in the plywood is one of the factors which will cause instability in the sheet.
– Do not store plywood in direct sunlight at any time.
– For maximum durability and a longer life, all edges should be sealed with a clear hard-wax oil.
– Maxiply does not recommend using any plywood for doors, we recommend using an MDF substrate. Please contact us for more details.

Maxiply offers a 7-year project-specific warranty. Terms are available on request during early design stages and a final warranty will be issued on project completion. Please contact us if you require a warranty.
